Upon appointment, you will join a Zoom call with your selected MOE Audio Engineer to discuss your sound as well as necessary file transfers. The zoom link provided is in your email confirmation as well as your members area.

*If you did not record the track in Pro Tools and you need to contact the recording engineer to claim your stems, please ask them to make sure the bpm is set correctly and that they bounce the stems as WAV files*

After securing all necessary files and information, your MOE Audio Engineer will send your track via email within 1-2 hours from the end of your Zoom call.

Each client is entitled to ONE revision after receiving your file. All revisions are done offline and will be sent to the M.O.E. account that booked the service.

Your order of 100$ or more gets free standard delivery.
